This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between The Food Truckers Co. Laredo (“Company,” “Licensor,” “we,” “our”) and the purchaser (“Client,” “Licensee,” “you”) upon purchase, download, access, or use of any digital blueprint files, layouts, architectural drawings, specifications, guides, or related materials (“Plans”).

By purchasing, downloading, or using these Plans, you agree to the terms below.

1. License Grant

The Company grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased Plans for:

• One individual business
• One individual project/build
• Internal business use only

This license does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

All rights not expressly granted remain the sole property of The Food Truckers Co. Laredo.

2. Intellectual Property Ownership

All Plans, layouts, drawings, renderings, workflows, documentation, concepts, and related materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

The Licensee acknowledges that:

• The Company retains full ownership of all intellectual property
• Purchase grants only a license to use the Plans
• No ownership rights are transferred through purchase

3. Restrictions

The Licensee may NOT:

• Resell the Plans
• Redistribute the Plans
• Share download links or files
• Upload the Plans publicly
• Copy the Plans for resale
• Reproduce the Plans for commercial distribution
• Use the Plans for mass production
• Claim the Plans as their own work
• Modify the Plans and resell them
• Provide the Plans to third-party builders, fabricators, or competitors for reuse on additional projects

Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of this Agreement and applicable intellectual property laws.

4. Single-Use License

Each purchase is licensed for one business entity and one build only.

Additional builds, locations, franchises, reproductions, or commercial reuse require separate written authorization from the Company.

5. No Guarantee of Approval

While the Plans are based on real-world builds and industry experience, the Company does not guarantee:

• Health department approval
• Permit approval
• City or county approval
• Code compliance in every jurisdiction

Requirements vary by location.

The Licensee is solely responsible for:

• Verifying local regulations
• Obtaining permits
• Confirming equipment requirements
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and codes

6. Modifications & Custom Revisions

Custom modifications or revisions are not included unless explicitly stated.

Any requested changes, consultations, revisions, or custom layouts may require additional fees and separate agreements.

7. Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate file access, all sales are final.

No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be issued once files have been delivered or accessed, except at the sole discretion of the Company.

8. Monitoring & Identification

The Company reserves the right to:

• Watermark files
• Embed customer identification information
• Track unauthorized redistribution
• Pursue enforcement actions for misuse

Unauthorized sharing or duplication may result in:

• Revocation of license access
• Legal action
• Financial damages
• Injunctive relief

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

• Business losses
• Permit denials
• Inspection failures
• Construction costs
• Lost profits
• Delays
• Third-party fabrication issues
• Mechanical or operational outcomes

All Plans are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Webb County, Texas.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using these Plans, the Licensee confirms that they:

• Have read this Agreement
• Understand this Agreement
• Agree to be legally bound by this Agreement
